Hi Diane,
You are my 4th Cousin once removed. Our common ancestor is my G-G-G Grandfather John Makemson who, as I previously mentioned, was born in 1788 in Cockermouth, Cumberland (he is your G-G-G-G Grandfather, one more level away than me!). He married Ann How in 1809 at Threlkeld Church, Cumberland. Their children included Robert (your G-G-G Grandfather) who was Christened in 1809 in Threlkeld Church. His son, another Robert, (your G-G Grandfather) was Christened in 1845 in Keswick, Cumberland. John & Ann's children included another John (my G-G Grandfather) who was Christened in 1823 in Cockermouth, Cumberland.
