Ralph Did you recieve an answer to your questions about the family bible that you asked in June of 1999? Where did you find this bible? Emeline Pike and William Makemson were my gggrand parents.Their daughter Elizabeth Alice(Chester)Makemson married my great grand father Virgil T. Armistead.I have the dates on Emeline Pike Makemson and William Makemson birthm, marriage and her death. I have even found her grave. They were from Hall county GA. Then she moved to Dekalb county GA with all the children. I found where he was discharged from the Confedrate Army but have not been able to find his death or where he died or where he is buried.I was glad to see his death date listed in the bible you asked about. Any help would be appreciated. Nancy
