Hello Richard,

Through my geneology search I have found that ancestors often traveled to different countries due to religous presecution. Anna was my great grandmothers sister. Anna married Thomas Majcher, in 1940, he was her second husband. Anna and her first husband owned a resturant in Detroit, Michigan. This resturant was really close to the Dodge Brothers Automobile factory. Thomas was a worker at the factory. He was married before to a Sophie. Thomas was born in Poland in 1888. Let me know the earliest relative and I will do some looking for you. I have found a ton of Majcher's in Michigan. They may be brothers or sisters to Thomas. As of now I cannot find any children of Thomas. Due check out the Ellis Island site it's free and there are tons of Majcher's there also. I can look up census for you. Chris
