Hi Sharon,
Maybe you shouldn't quote me on some things. For some reason I thought that Marie was the second wife, and looking at my notes, I have Dorothy Viola and Harold in ()
and first marriage.
The tree as I know it is.
1. David and Catherine Maize 1790-1835
2. Henry(son of D&C)m. Eliza Forbes
3. Epheriem(son of H & E)m. Sarah Gipson
4. Jim b.1881 yours 4a.Ephriam b.1895 mine
5.Harley Sr.(Leota) 5.Henry G.(Margaret)
6.Dorothy Viola 6.Henry G. Jr.
6.Harold 6.Gary L.
Where do you live now. Are you in the Kirksville vicinity.
I live at Palmyra, Mo., about 85 miles from Kville.
My dad was born in 1924. I have a photo album, but know very few of the people in it. I know Epheriem and Sarah had 10 or 12 kids. A bunch are buried in Forest Cemtery in Kville.
Tim Maize has a phone number in Kirksville, Mo. His father
Jim, technically your step uncle? Lives in Schockey Tr.
Court Lot #26 Kirksville, Mo. I spoke with him about a
month ago. I don't know why Tim doesn't do e-mails. I don't have a current e-mail address, tho his father says he has one. I've been meaning to call him, but forgot his number.
1-660-555-1212 would get it.
I have a supposed tree back to about 1700 for our line. I
think it is pretty accurate, but, not completely proven.
I guess we would be second cousins. Sarah Gossnickle was
my father's cousin and Harley's? and she says she and I are 2nd's. We're kin.
You can e-mail me direct at the Yahoo.com. If you give me your home address I will send you what I have. I know there were 3 other brothers and 5? girls. Several died young.
Talk to you later, Gary
