There is a couple of ways to search. 1st. off the "home page" type james maitland in the appropriate fields and the hit the search key. This brings up alot of "finds"/ Scroll down to Tree and community and the first list is the family trees. There were 288 "hits" for James Maitland.

The 2nd way is from the home page there is a link to "Family Trees" click on that. In the search fields enter James Maitland and click on search. You should get 288 hits.

Some of Ancestry is paid and some is free. The family trees I believe are free.

Happy Hunting.
