My great-grandmother was Lila May Maitland (Dec. 20, 1891-Sept. 28, 1973); married to John Wickens (Apr. 15, 1877-Oct. 12, 1959). Lila Maitland was the adopted daughter of Peter Maitland and Catherine Coburn.
I am wishing to know if there is anyone out there who may know what Lila May Maitland's real parents names were, and where they were from. No one in my immediate family has this information, and I would like to add it to our family research.
Any additional/other information about Lila Maitland would be very much appreciated also. Thank you!
