My grandfather was Hopkin Mainwaring and was a grocer in Treherbert in the Rhondda valley and died aged 80 in around 1965. Am keen to find out more particularly before him.
My father served in the Royal Navy during the war and became and art teacher in Neath. I was brought up in Crynant, I now live in Northumberland, my older brother in London.
More information would be great
