QUESTION abt.Spouse/John Mainland c.1721
Posted by: D.Kaye Date: January 26, 2001 at 09:21:23
  of 16

First off,I want to thank all the researchers that have shared information with me. More than one person has listed John Mainland b.abt.1721 married Nov.26,1739 Scotland to Barbara Dearness (I have no other info on her),I have also been given a list of thier children.
When checking this information with (Cursitor)IGI, I find perfect accuracy with the exception that Barbara is listed as Barbara Caithness, for marriage and as mother of children listed.
Can anyone give an explaination or refer me to where I may find the answer as to why she is being referred to as Barbara Dearness?
Or any other information about her?
Thank you.
