Am not sure if this is interesting to you, but my mother's family, Pelkey, comes from Concord, NH, and is related to Claffée-Eugène Mayo.
My great-grandfather, Napoléon Pelkey, died in 1951, and Claffée Mayo was one of his bearers. I believe Claffée was also the godfather to Napoléon's son, also named Claffée (but I have not found Claffée Pelkey's baptism; I just assume Claffée Mayo was his godfather because of the common and unusual first name).
Napoléon Pelkey's wife was Fabiola Renaud; Fabiola's mother was Marguerite Gibeau. Marguerite's sister, Hélène Gibeau, married a Mayo and was **possibly** Claffée's mother. Hélène Gibeau's daughter, Evelyn Mayo, married Rudolphe "Dick" Lecompte.
I know that the Pelkey, Gibeau, Mayo and Lecompte families were all very close, and that they all belonged to the Parish of Sacré-Coeur de Concord.
