Linda would have been born in Wales but her parents seperated and her dad William 'Bill' Mahony was serving with the RAF during the Second World War. He was stationed in a place called Shotton (I may be in wrong. Her mums name was Beryl and she was Welsh. Any clues to what happened to her I would be most grateful
