Now I am revising my theory after looking at the 1900 and 1910 Census for Madison WI.

I think a Collman married a Mahaney, but I think it was Pearl Collman b Aug 1883 and who was buried in Madison. I happen to stumble into a Social Security record for a Pearl Mahaney who was born in Aug 1883 and died in Jan 1977 in Spink SD. The 1910 Census data from Madison indicates she was a Graduate Nurse.

Helen is probably an Aunt or sister-in-law. She was obviously living in Milwakee WI in 1975.
