Thank you for your message. I don`t know if we can connect. I have traced Molly`s descendants, She used both names Mary and Molly. Bridgie arrived through Ellis Island -1st Oct 1916.aged 22. She seems to have used the name Delia afterwards. Julia I have no trace of- She would be too old to be your Nellie. They were great people for changing their names.They went to an uncle John I believe, I don`t know how they came to be in Bermuda. John probably had family. His mother Mary,-their grandmother went after she was widowed. You have had your name changed also-- Mahaney would not have been used in Ireland
I would love to think you are descended from another branch- anyway we are the same Clan. Have you any more info, It is easier to find people in the States than here.At least you kept decent records. Hope to hear from you
