Leona,

My grandfather was James Manley Mahaffey, who married Bessie Lou Taylor - her brother Coke Taylor married my grandfather's sister Ginny (sp?)......maybe we have something in common? There were other Mahaffey siblings, some still alive I think. The other sibling of Bessie was Polly who died in her 40's I think.
Some stayed in the Simpsonville area - my grandparents ended up in Woodruff, SC.
