I've thought of another point against Sarah being a daughter of Ninian: a survey of Prince George's County (PGC)land records (from 1696 to 1726)showed that there were two of Ninian's proven daughters signing documents with their own signatures (Mary, wife of Andrew Hamilton and Jane, wife of Archibald Edmonston). In the same period I found several documents where Sarah, wife of Samuel Magruder, signed with a mark. It would be hard to understand that Ninian educated some of his daughters but not all. Peter
