Hmm, another place for Magley...Indiana. My husband's family lived there with his maternal grandfather, Egbert Megley. Decatur Co.
Have you run into any Magleys in GA? Any records of pre-Civil War? The slave enumeration census wasn't easy to read, but the name seemed to jump out at me. That doesn't mean much other than it could have been Magley.
Tell me about your Indiana Magleys. I have 200 years of New York Magleys.
