Do you guys realize when you go private, you leave the rest of us out? My James Magill and Elizabeth Stuart Magill came from Dromore Ire. in 1844. My James had a brother Hugh and I have been digging into the Magills in DeWitt IL for years. what a story. I think they may have been kin to my Magills who came in 1844.
Can anyone go across the pond with these Magills and tie them to Ireland? I love keeping track of these possible cousins. Maybe my Magills didn't discuss them because of the story. My Magills moved to IL in 1855 also.
When you look for Census records in NY, did you know that they had a 55 series of Census records too? They are not online but have to be ordered thru LDS. It sure helps to have a 55 series too.
Scotty
