Dear, s. Sherred. my Magee's began in Lancaster, PA w/ Daniel Magee's emmigration in 1763, and ended up in Curllsville, PA (Clarion Cty, south of Erie) when his son John settled there. My GG Grandfather Preston Montgomery Magee moved, after serving in the Civil War, to Bayonne, NJ, and most of my 20th century Magee relatives have NJ roots. Check out my earlier posts to the board for the full genealogy. And let me know if you think there's a connection!

-Mike.
