This obit taken from a newspaper clipping, no name or date of paper.
Mrs. Cassie Madson Lindsey departed this life March 27th, at her home in Riverton, Nebraska. Mrs. Lindsey was a sister of Mrs. Wm. Lane and Mrs. B.F. Brady. She was born Oct 8, 1863, in Denmark and came to this country with her parents, five sisters and one brother in the spring of 1866, who, with one daughter six years old, husband and one sister in Denmark, remain to mourn her departure. Her aged parents tarring peacefully on the border land cherish the tenderest memory of her brave and faithful life, and anticipate with joy the meeting on the other shore.
Her warefare is over, the pain at last still,
The calm of death’s peace her chamber doth fill;
She patiently waited the Healer’s command,
And now she has felt the touch of his hand.
Farewell, house of clay; wo wasted and frail!
Her spirit hath heard the Master’s “All Hail.”
Hath seen that dear face with glance no more dim
And there at his feet she worshipeth him.
