Jens Jensen was born to Troels Christian Jensen and Ane Magrethe Madsen on May 8, 1879. Unfortunately he died when he was 14 days old. I was told Troels was staying with his parents Jens Andersen and Kirsten Jensdatter in the village Høgild, parish Vroue, Viborg, at this time. I do not know if Ane and the infant were also living there.
I understand Troels was in the Denmark army from about 1876 to 1882, living in Aarus.
Any Denmark information on Troels and Ane Magrethe would be greatly appreciated. I am especially interested in whether or not they married and if there were other children.
Scant on line information and U.S. emigration for Troels & family has been found.
