More descendants of Soren and Christina Madsen [see previous postings in this thread]: Their 4th child was Madse Olesen Madsen was a diabetic and was institutionalized because of his attacks of violent temper caused by the disease. His life improved after the invention of insulin, but he never left the institution. He never married and has no issue. Their 5th child was Iver Madsen who served in WWI, was shell shocked and never recovered fully. He never married and has no known issue. Their 6th child was Sorenza Kristenza called 'Stanza' b. 5 Aug 1894 at Battle Creek, IA - d. 4 Mar 1984 at Hanford, Kings Co, CA buried at Grangeville Cemetery, Hanford. She married in 1915 to Jens Myderupp b. 30 Oct 1980 at Vraa, Denmark - d. 29 Nov 1969 at Hanford. They had two children: (1) Irvan b. 12 Dec 1916 at Battle Creek, IA-d. 15 Nov 1986 Hanford, CA married 2 Oct 1939 Hanford to Zeita Rose Green b. 1 Feb 1920 MN and they had 4 children: Jens Irvan b. 7 Jan 1943 Vallejo, Kings co, CA father of one child called Jens::Dale George b. 16 Jan 1944 Hanford - d. 27 Aug 1974 in explosion accident. Buried at sea by Arroyo Grande/San Luis Obispo CA, father of one child Ryan Jens::Kevin b. 11 Nov 1948 Hanford father of two children- Knute Aaron and Judd Wayne:: Julene Ruth b. 18 Oct 1953 Hanford married Gregory Mayer and had two children- Marrissa and Judd Wayne. (2)Julia b. 17 Jul 1918 Battle Creek, IA married 9 Sep 1939 Hanford to George Russell Guill b. 24 Feb 1914 Hollywood , CA - d. 27 Feb 1995 Hanford, CA and they had one son, John Russell Guill b. 18 Jan 1959 Hanford who married on 6 Oct 1984 at Cumberland, MD to Debra Kay McGuire b. 18 Dec 1955 Cumberland, MD d/o Donald and Mary Katherine ne'Adams McGuire and they had two children - Laura Kay Guill and Alex Guill.
