Dear Barb,

Just got around to reading your message posted in Gen Forum. My family comes from the Lodz area, more specifically Piotrkow Trybunalski. My grandfather Marcin (Martin) Madry (b. 1880, d.1947) had three brothers (I think?). I know one was named Tomasz (Thomas). My father Waclaw, migrated to Australia in 1950. I am unaware of any ancestors migrating to the US, but it would not surprise me. I did however find out that a Fryderik Madry was in the employ of Martin Luther. Keep in touch.

Regards
Lech Madry
