I have been doing more research on my family roots. My great grandfather was Felix Ortega Madrid who was born in El Paso, Texas in 1905. His father was Jorge Madrid who was born in El Paso in 1875-1880??. Jorge married Pabla Ortega who was born at Fort Davis, Texas. They had 9 or 11 Children in total. The oldest was Jorge Madrid (b 1895?) who later married Catalina and had daughters named Josephina and ??Maria Elena. Other brothers were Francisco, Jose and Max. I am not sure of the others?? If anyone has any information about these people, let me know. The name Nemecio has also came up but I am not sure who this was, maybe a brother?
