Hello. I have a little bit of information for you. I am a descendant of George's brother Abraham.
-Their father's name was Abraham Mader.
-Their mother's name was Catharine Hain. Her mother and father were Geogre and Catharine Hain from Dauphin County, PA.
-I have July 10, 1804 listed as George's birth date. This is not too far off from what you have. I do not have the source for this, but I do have dates listed for some of his brothers and sisters. Do you know where you received your info?
-Before 1812, they attended the "Shoops" Reformed Church in Harrisburg, where all of the children were baptized. The church and cemetary were demolished to widen route #22. The church records were copied and published in EGLES NOTES AND QUERIES VOL. 1 THIRD SERIES.
-The family spoke "Pennsylvania Dutch".
This is all that I know right now. The above info was passed down to me from my grandmother. I have just begun researching the Mader name. If you have any more info, please let me know. Take care.
Keith
