What county did Nathaniel Maddux die? Schoolfield Maddux was in Greene Co., Tn died there 1812. Nathaniel and Schoolfield Maddux are brothers and uncles to our ancestor, Craven Maddux, who settled in Jackson Co.,TN. Many of his descendants are residing in Putnam County, TN. They are members of the Maddux Family that was in Prince William and Fauquier Counties, Va; previously Somerset MD, and Northampton County, VA.
I am trying to locate any information I can obtain on the families of Schoolfield Maddux and his brother Nathaniel Maddux. If anyone has any lineage records on either of the two brothers, their siblings, etc., would you consider sharing it with me? This is my mother's family, and I have been putting some of their records in my computer,and I have part of this Maddux Family in a book I published August 1,2000; filmed copies in the Mormon Church Branches across the country and elsewhere. Do you have a copy of Nathaniel Maddux's will, naming his children and wife. Would you share a copy of Nathaniel's will with me? He is the same Nathaniel Maddux who married Ann Tennison. I don't have any other information on her, their children, or where Ann died.
