Looking for any dates for Nathan Maddock's daughter Rebecca, and any information on who she married.
This Nathan is the son of Joseph Maddock, founder of theWrightsborough/Wrightsboro Quaker settlement in (then) St. Paul's Parish, GA.
I have the marriage record for Rebecca Maddox marrying James Thomas Watson in early Columbia Co. GA, before the area where the Wrightsboro settlement had been was split off into the modern day GA county.
I am trying to confirm or resolve whether the Rebecca Maddox listed in this 1815 marriage record is indeed the same as Rebecca Maddock, daughter of Nathan Maddock and his wife, likely 2nd wife Michelle??
Any information, suggestions or assistance would be much appreciated. I am trying (so far without success) to find the parents of my Rebecca Maddox, as spelled in the early Columbia County, GA Marriage Records.
