Since my previous posting regarding my suspicion of a family relationship between my Daniel Harrison Maddox and the Lawson, Benjamin & Chandler clan of Abbeville Co, SC, the DNA test results of some confirmed descendants of Lawson Maddox have become available. As it turns out, our families are not connected. My line is represented with Kit # 32442.
My Daniel Harrison Maddox crossed over to Georgia several years earlier than your family, and just about all records I've found in Abbeville relate to your family, not mine.
I have sent my Abbeville research to Katheryn & your cousin Donna on the Maddox Discusion Group before, but I'll be glad to send it again if you'd like.
