*NOTES: If Mr. Peter J. Madden died at the home of his daughter (Myra [Madden] Bartlett), in Plainville, Kansas, it's presumed that his body was transported to Cass County, Iowa, for burial, as was the case with was his brother, William Thomas Madden, who died in 1933 at the home of his son, in Versailles, Missouri. (The body of William Thomas Madden was transported from Versailles, Missouri, to the Reno Methodist Cemetery, in Cass Co., Iowa, for burial).
Iowa Cemetery Records show a burial site for "Peter Madden (1924-1928)" in the Reno Methodist Cemetery, Edna Township, Cass County, Iowa. Other Madden & Porter family members are also buried in this rural cemetery].
