Hi Wayne-
My maiden name is MacNeill - I know we came to PEI in 1806 too, but settled in Canoe Cove, PEI. The first of our line to arrive was an Alexander MacNeill and I know I have seen "Bell" in our family tree. My father knows all of this information. If you are interested, e-mail back and I will send you his e-mail address. He and my mother recently returned from Alberta to retire in Canoe Cove, PEI where he takes great pride in being the "Keeper of the Tree". Alas, my father had no sons, so his line stops here.
