My first post of which you are responding to is all the info I presently have. I am sorry to say that my knowledge is limited to my lifetime (1953 - Present).

The only additional source of information I might have access to is my late fathers material. I last saw that at Dad's residence. I allowed my brother to inherit that residence ( I am the eldest). I have heard from our sister that residence had suffered a fire, subsequently moved to a new site on the property and ultimately sold. I don't know what happened to Dad's personal effects. I haven't been in contact with my brother for over 20 years.

Good Luck. You are welcome to contact me with further questions if you wish.
