Margerry/Marjorie/Mary/Marion Cameron b. ca 1805 m 1) John McLean: they had the following children: Duncan b. ca. 1819 to 1823 in St. Andrews or Cote du Midi, QC ? moved to Kent Co., ON and m. Mary McDonald; Nancy b. ca. 1823 (as per 1851 Census of St. Andrews East, Deux Montagnes, QC); Ann b. 28 Apr. 1826 Cote Du Midi, QC; Jeanette (my ancestress) b. 7 October (or 2 October) between 1825 (as per 1901 census of Wallaceburg, Kent Co., ON(1826 on tombstone)) and 1830 (as per other censuses and perhaps the baptismal record) in St. andrews or Cote Du Midi, QC m. (probably in St. Andrews) John Anderson b. Sweden or Norway and then moved after the birth of their first two children (John and Marjorie)to Kent Co., ON; Gilean b. 18 Oct. 1829 in River Rouge, QC; Catherine b. 26 Oct. 1832 St. Andrews East, QC m. apparently (not proven) a McPhail; Mary b. 26 Oct. 1832 St. Andrews East, QC; and John b. bet. 1834 and 1836 m. Julia Kain/Cain/Kane (most of their children moved to Kent Co., ON and then some to Detroit, MI); MARGERRY/MARJORIE/MARY/MARION married 2) John Slaven and had; Marion b. St. Andrews? (bapt. Cote Du Midi) 10 June 1838; Helen b. 4 Sep 1842 (again bapt. Cote Du Midi) m. prob. Middlesex Co., ON Henry Branton and moved to Sombra Tp.,Lambton Co., ON; Elizabeth/Eliza b. 5 Jun 1841 QC m. in Kent Co., ON? Henry Taylor and lived in Wallaceburg, Kent Co., ON; and Margaret b. 2 Oct. 1842 (again bapt in Cote Du Midi) m. in Middlesex Co.,ON 1)George Murray and moved to Brown City, Lynn Tp., St. Clair Co., MI and 2)W. Churchill of Port Huron, MI. Any help with this family would be greatly appreciated.
