I am looking for information on Mary MacLean who married John Lamont in 1775 in Kilninian, Isle of Mull. Their son Duncan Lamont emigrated with his family to Ontario in 1821. Duncan died shortly after they arrived but his wife Mary MacArthur Lamont and their children settled in Markham Township, York County, Caledon Township, Peel County, and Saugeen Township, Bruce County. Do you know anything about this family?
