Hello Cliff,
Sorry to have not responded sooner - I somehow lost notification that you had responded to my earlier message...
My husband is the gr-grandson of Elspeth (MacLean) Grant (b. 1881, d. 1958)- she married Donald John Grant, in Winnipeg, in 1910. We don't have a lot of information about her or her parents, but it sounds a lot like we have a match - I know that she had a brother Stuart/Stewart, a sister Anne, and a sister Dorothy, and that they were in Winnipeg around the turn of the century. We have come across quite a few photographs of the MacLean family, but we aren't sure of everyone's identity.
