My query is about his son Lachlan.
It's clear that Hector's wife Julian MacLean was mother to his sons Hector and Hugh. Was Julian mother of Lachlan as well or was it someone else? Does anyone know who? I would also like to verify the following descent from Lachlan:
Lachlan Maclean - wife unknown could be Mary MacDonald
John MacLean - miss Campbell
Alisdair (Alexander) MacLean - Una (Hannah or Eunice)MacKinnon
Malcolm MacLean - Mary ?
Ann MacLean (1808-1889) - Hector MacKinnon (1800-1833)of Lake Ainsley, Cape Breton.
