Hi Jackie, Linda from one of the earlier messages and I have swapped some info. My McKinnon branch goes back to the Snizort area, specifically to croft #2 in Uigishadder. Earliest info I have is on a Peter McKinnon (b. about 1787) who married Christina Mcintosh (b. about 1797) in 1817. They emigrated with their family to Bruce County, Ontario, Canada in 1852. Children were Anne (b. 1820), Mary (b. 1822), Charles (b. 1824), Donald (b. 1827), John (b. 1829), Isobel (b. 1830), Mary (b. 1832), Sarah (b. 1833), Duncan (b. 1835), Euphemia (b. 1837), Kinnon (b. 1838) and Angus. Does this fit with yours?
