Searching for information about Irish immigrant to America, Michael Mackin, and descendants.
Emigrated from County Louth, Ireland, possibly via his own family's shipping enterprise, with a sister as stowaway, mid-1800s.
Lived thereafter in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
Wife Susan; at least 6 sons, some named Thomas, Michael, Harry.
Youngest son born 1881. Michael died soon after.
Operated "Mackin's" tavern on Juniata St, Havre de Grace.
Any information would be most welcome.
