thank you for the follow-up, regret to tell you that none of the names that you have are shown on my family tree.
Do you have sources for the names, ie: which record office, which micro etc. If so I would be most interested.
Most of my Mackereths are from the Flookburgh, Grange area of the old Furness part of Lancashire but I know there were many Mackereths around Winderemere and Bowness
My records also go back to around mid 1700 and I would like to know where the George Mackereth (1751-1832) you mentioned was born
I am away until 30 September but look forward to contacting you then
