My father told me that my grandpa Miguel Macias originally from Manabi has like 40 brothers and sisters. We are related to the Macias Carminiani from Guayaquil. My great grandma used to live in New Jersey until she died at the age of 92. According to tradition all Macias are comming from Manabi, the next province after Guayas (Capital Guayaquil). The last Miss Ecuador Jessenia Marilu Macias was pageant. You can see her at this link or you can google her
