My family is related to Manuel Machado (Americanized surname as Marshall)who immigrated to America in 1861. He was born about 1844 in (St. Michael's) Azores Island. He married Mary from Lisbon who was born in 1854 an immigrated in 1860 to USA. They were married in 1880 in Erie, PA and had six children: Joseph, Anna, Emma (my great-grandmother) Etta, Anthony and Irene. Manuel died in 1913 in Erie, PA. If you know of either Manuel's parents or Mary's maiden name and parentage please email me. Thank you.
