Obit dated 17 Feb 2008 available www.Idahostatesman.com. Max, 3rd of 5 children, was preceded by his parents, John Menzies and Nora(Parker)Macfarlane, by a brother, Jim Macfarlane and by his wife, Norene Miller; survivors include 2 children, 2 brothers, Jay and Bob Macfarlane and sister Geraldine Weimer.
