I'm looking for information pertaining to Samuel Greeley Smith & Isabelle MacFarlane (& ancestors & descendants).

My wife is a descendant of Herbert Dudley Smith (born 31 May 1867 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada), apparently the son of Samuel Greeley Smith (died 5 Dec. 1868) and Isabelle Macfarlane (died 1873).

I have been able to find little concerning this family, although it appears that S. G. Smith established a shoe company (SMITH, Cochrane & Company) in Montreal together with Mathew Henry Cochrane, who was born in Compton.
