Hi Leonardo,

The simple answer to your question is yes, the wife gets the last name of the husband.

Two things of note:
If the husband and wife are in Macedonia, the last name will be in feminine form. For example, if the husband's last name is Talevski, she will be Talevska... Stefanov = Stefanova, etc.

If the couple are in a "western" country like the United States, Canada, etc., the wife's last name will probably be exactly the same as her husband... Talevski, Stefanovski, etc.

I don't know of any official site where these standards are available, sorry.
