I am researching the name Peter Thomas, born January 12, 1896 in Manister, Macedonia and died 1977 in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois. In 1917 his name was Pete
Tom on WWI draft registration
I have conflicting info that his fathers name was Tony Donfe Thomas or Tom Thomas or Tony Belbash. His mother was Dorthy or Doras.He came to America in 1912, but I can't find immigration records. Where can I find records to verify his Macedonian name and parents.
