According the obituary for Daniel Mace in The Lafayette Daily, Friday 26 July 1867 edition "His father, Judge Edward Mace, removed from Ohio to Warren county as early as 1829." Warren County Indiana is to the west of Tippecanoe County, Indiana. Edward Mace is buried in Independance Cemetery with a link to his wife, Find A Grave Memorial# 34828436
