I am responding to this post out of interest in the Mace family, my mother's maiden name was Mace. They were from Scharie County, New York. their fmaily started in Dutches county with 3 brothers coming here from England. One move to New England, one to Savana, and one upstate farther( our branch). I know that there is a family genealogy record and that while much work has gone into it, not much mention is made about the other brothers.

Good lock with your sherch and I am sory for your loss.
