Mace's from Bangor, Maine

My husbands mother was adopted and we are trying to learn more about her birth family. Her father was Ray Frank Mace, who was born in Minnesota. His father was Nelson H. Mace who was born in Bangor, Maine about 1857. We have not had very much luck researching this family. If anyone thinks they could help, please email me: rcwaters@blomand.net.
