I've found a few new bits of information since my original query and I've made the changes and additions to my post below. I'm still trying to confirm that Duncan is the father of Peter. This is just my direct line, but Duncan had 11 children and his son Peter had 12, so there must be others out there researching this line. My great grandfather Willis had a brother named Bruce who was a journalist. I found an article about him that said two of his brothers and one sister went to the US. I don't know which of his siblings the article refers to.
