William Barry MacDougall
WILLIAM BARRY MacDOUGALL Died on December 14, 2005. Dearly beloved husband of Evelyn L. MacDougall for 28 years. Devoted father of four children with his first wife of 31 years, Edna Francis (Bollmeier) MacDougall, Barbara (MacDougall) Adamcik, Susan (Mac-Dougall) Lennox, Nancy (MacDougall) Moffatt, and Michael MacDougall. Loving grandfather of Deborah, Sean, and Christian Adamcik; David Hodel, Kelli (Hodel) Geyer, Brian Lennox; Nicole and Shannon Moffatt; and Chad MacDougall. Cherished great grandfather of Lacey, Torey, Jamie, Christian, Jasmine, and Quinn Adamcik; and Sarah Hodel, Emily Geyer, Brenden Gee, Taylor Moffatt-Johnson. Loving son of Phyllis Louise (Barry) and Kenneth Phillip MacDougall (both deceased). Dear brother of Lewis and Kenneth (deceased) MacDougall. Also survived by his loving niece, four nephews, four step-children, 14 step-grandchildren and 18 step-great grandchildren. A native of New York City, New York William was born June 11, 1921. An animal lover, he worked as a Pari-Mutual clerk for 43 years and was a member of Local #280. A Funeral Service was held on December 16, 2005 at Sneider & Sullivan Funeral Home, and burial took place at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Los Altos.
