My Grandfather, John McDougall, originally from Greenock, was one of 22 brothers and sisters, not all of whom survived childhood. He had a brother who was reportedly deported to Australia in the early 1900's for stealing. My grandfather settled in Govan, Glasgow and worked on the shipyards there. He was a keen artist in later life. I would be keen to hear from anyone who thinks they have connections. Thanks!
