Ok I just started my family tree research so I don't have much yet but heres what I know.
My Father:James Marin MacDonald Born Sept 1 1949
Roman Catholic(no surprise there for a macdonald from PEI) I believe his family was from the Toronto Road area.
His Parents:
Father: James MacDonald(not sure of his middle name)
*he apparently spelled it Mc on occasion..its still a mystery why he did..I believe he didn't start doing this untill after he came back from ww2..he was scottish highlander, member of the Black Watch..I believe a sargent*
His Parents: (f)Alexander MacDonald(middle name?)
(m)Sara(Sarah?)not sure of last name
Mother: Adele MacDonald nee? Her Parents:???
There is more info my parents have but I am 1000s of miles away at the moment and have no access to it.
