Hello -
I am doing research on my family tree, and I am trying to build back layers of it. One of my great-great grandparents was named Elise (or Elisabeth) MacDonald. According to the Vaillancourt genealogy, she was born in 1849, and married Jean Vaillancourt 11 August 1868 in Matane, Quebec. If anyone has ever heard of this person, or can tell me anything about that particular branch of the MacDonalds, please let me know!
